SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS And STATISTICAL ANALYSIS FOR REPORTING PERIOD JULY THROUGH DECEMBER 2006 Analysis of the data indicates that 32 percent of the average eligible population was randomly tested during the period July through December 2006. A total of 56 percent of the average eligible population was randomly tested for the year 2006.

The total positive tests for this period were 14. Twelve of the tests were for pre-access, one test was a for-cause (GB), and one was on a random test. Short-term contractor personnel accounted for thirteen of the positive tests. There was also one short-term contractor who refused to test.

TXU Power submitted blind performance specimens in accordance with 10 CFR 26, Appendix A, Section 2.8 (e)(2), requirements. There were no reportable events.

No events were reported by telephone under 10CFR26.73.
