VERMONT YANKEE'S SELF ASSESSMENT PLAN FOR THE SERVICE WATER SYSTEM Attached please find the proposed Vermont Yankee Self-Assessment Plan for a Service Water Operational Performance inspection. A draft of this plan was presented to Region I staff on October 20, 1993, and this formal submittal is substantially unchanged from that draft. Several features of our plan have been clarified or specifically stated; the schedule has been changed slightly and an alternative Surveillance and Testing Reviewer with experience in the service water area has been named to the team.
