ERDS Link at Vermont Yankee This letter is written to confirm that Vermont Yankee has completed the administrative im:3 mentation requirements of Reference c) and is prepared to utilize ERDS to transmit emergency data as required by 10CFR 50.72.
The appropriate Vermont Yankee Emergency Plan implementing Procedures have been modified to activate ERDS as soon as possible within one hour of the declaration of an Alert or higher emergency classification. in addition, software configuration management controls have been implemented to assure the continuing quality of ERDS data.
