By Reference (b), Vermont Yankee submitted the Effluent and Waste Dis msal Semiannual Report for the Third and Fourth Quarters,1990. At that time, Vermont Yanice committed to submit the annual dose summary to man for 1990 in a supplemental report pursuant to Technical Specification 6.7.C.1.b. Accordingly, enclosed please find one copy of the subject report.
The enclosed supplemental repon contains the 1990 radiological impact on man infennation, as well as all of the effluent and waste disposal totals for the third and fourth quarters of 1990 as previously submitted in Reference (b); therefore, the enclosed supplemental report may be fully substituted for the report submitted by Reference (b).
