C. 20555 Haddam Neck Plant Technical Report Supporting Cycle 14 Operation In a letter dated February 6, 1986(l), Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO), committed to submit the final Cycle 14 Reload Report to the NRC Staff. A draf t copy of the reload report was informally submitted on January 20, 1986 and discussed during a meeting with the NRC Staff on January 23, 1986. The draft report was based on a projected nominal end-of-cycle 13 burnup and operating window.

The purpose of this letter is to submit three copies of the final Cycle 14 Reload Report for the Haddam Neck Plant. Enclosed are three copies of the Reload Report entitled "Haddam Neck Plant, Technical Report Supporting Cycle 14 Operation", BAW-1878, February 1986. This report utilized actual end-of-cycle fuel assembly burnups to determine the relevant operating parameters for Cycle

14. It should be noted that the Cycle 14 Technical Specification operating limits submitted previously with the reload license amendment request (2i are still valid and are supported by the revised fuel burnups.
