The Unit began the month at -75% reactor power, with a reactor core coast down in progress.

At 2215 hours0.0256 days <br />0.615 hours <br />0.00366 weeks <br />8.428075e-4 months <br /> that same day, the Unit automatically tripped off line from 42% reactor power while performing pre-outage testing of the Main turbine oil trip system. The 1RI 7 refueling outage commenced at this time.
