Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO), Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications 5.6.4 and 6.9.1.6, respectively, require the submittal of a Monthly Operating Report. The purpose of this letter is to complete the reporting requirement for November 2003.

SUMMARY

The Unit began the month at full power. On 11/15/2003, the Unit was manually shutdown because of potential problems discovered in the Main Transformers. The Unit ended the month in a forced shutdown to replace 2 of the 3 Main Transformers.
