SUMMARY
The Unit began the month at full power. On 12/07/2002, power was reduced to -98% for Turbine Control Valve Testing and the Unit returned to full power that same day. On 12/19/2002, the Unit automatically tripped off line due to a Main Generator Anti-Motoring Relay failure. After the Unit was tied back to the grid on 12/20/2002, the Main Turbine was manually taken off line due to high bearing vibration during power ascension. The Turbine was tied back to the grid on 12/20/2002 and the Unit achieved full power on 12/21/2002. The Unit operated the remainder of the month at full power.
