Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO), Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications 5.6.4 and 6.9.1.6, respectively, require the submittal of a Monthly Operating Report. The purpose of this letter is to complete the reporting requirement for July 2004.

There are no new commitments contained in this submittal.
