The referenced Licensee Event Report (LER No.87-019) was submitted with a typographical error in the text, "Additional Information" section. The last line of the Additional Information section should have read
"... January 11, 1988," in lieu of "... January 11, 1987". The attached revision 01 to the report corrects this error and updates the commitment made in that section of the LER.
