Attached is Licensee Event Report 413/99-010, Revision 1 titled "Both Catawba Units Operated Outside Their Design Basis and Unit 2 Experienced a Forced Shutdown as a Result of Flow Restriction Caused by Corrosion of the Auxiliary Feedwater System Assured Suction Source Piping Due to Inadequate Testing." This report replaces Licensee Event Report 414/99-002. Note that the report number has been changed from 414/99-002 to 413/99-010 in order to conform to the numbering convention specified in NUREG 1022, since the primary event involved both units.
