DRAFT BRIEFING NOTICE FEMA RX NTH RWD NEWS-ADV.857 B.l-ll 8-2 921 NOTICE OF PUBLIC BRIEFING On Friday, December 11, 1992, at 10:30 a.m., a public briefing will be held to discuss the performance of participants in the December 8, 1992, WNP-2 Nuclear Power Plant emergency exercise.The briefing will take place in the Auditorium, Federal Building, 825 Jadwin, Richland, Washington.

The public and news media are invited to attend the briefing.Evaluation of off-site (outside power plant gates)emergency preparedness is the responsibility of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).FEMA will release its preliminary findings and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will comment on actions taken at the plant itself by the licensee (Washington Public Power Supply System)during the exercise.in addition to the Washington Public Power Supply Other exercise participants, System, include the State of of Washington, and Benton and Franklin Counties, Washington.
