As I live in the area, I am very concerned! These casks are only guaranteed for twenty years--and nuclear waste remains dangerous much longer than that. I support the recommendations of Citizens Oversight that a second level of containment be required, one that could be repaired, should cracking occur. For the sake of the millions of people living within the danger zone of San Onofre, please implement the recommendations of Citizens Oversight!
