AttachmentBfTheproposedchangereflectschangesmadetopipingsystemsat.Ginnaasaresultofrecentanalyses.Onehydraulicshocksuppressorwasaddedtothesteamsupplypipingfortheturbinedrivenauxiliaryfeedwaterpump.Eighthydraulicshocksuppressorswereaddedtothepressurizersafetyandreliefpiping.Asaresultofourseismicupgradeprogram,fourexistinghydraulicshocksuppressorsarebeingreplacedwithmechanicalunits.TheseismicupgradeprogramhasbeendescribedinpreviousletterstotheURC.Decauseofthechangeswhichwillresultfromourseismicupgradeprogram,thefootnotetoTable3.13-1deal.ingwithsnubberadditionhasbeenrevisedtopermitremovalofsnubberswithoutpriorlicenseamendment.Suchachangeisnecessaryinordertopermittimelyimplementationoftheseismicupgradeprogram.Changeswouldonlybemadefollowingappropriateanalysis.ChangestotheTechnicalSpecificationrequirementsforsnubberswererequestedbyletterdatedstarch23,1981fromDarrellEisenhut.Aseparatechangerequestwillbepreparedwhichrespondstotherequest.
