- 3) Closed call with UUSA to discuss draft responses for the RAls regarding 32 CFR 117 (ML22285A114 ), October 12, 2022 In Reference 1, the NRC required that Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA) be in compliance with 32 CFR 117 and requested a compliance plan. The compliance plan, Reference 2, was submitted. Following this submission, NRC asked additional questions and held discussions with UUSA personnel. As a result of the October 12th discussion, Reference 3, UUSA herewith provides a revised 32 CFR 117 Compliance Plan. contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
