Reference:

1. LES-21-074-NRC, 2022 Through 2024 Decommissioning Cost Estimate dated June 30, 2021 Pursuant to 10 CFR 70.34, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA) ,

hereby requests NRC approval of an amendment to materials license SNM-2010. UUSA requests revision of the license in order to allow submission of decommissioning cost estimates at three year intervals as allowed by 10 CFR 70.25(e)(2). provides the background and proposed change to SNM-2010 and the applicable portion of the UUSA Safety Analysis Report.

Reference 1 provided the first triennial cost estimate. Following NRC approval of Reference 1 and this license amendment, submission of cost estimates in 2022 and 2023 will not be necessary. UUSA will submit the next triennial estimate in 2024.

This letter and enclosure contain proprietary information . Accordingly, they should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) .
