In Reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA), interim authority to operate (IATO) its classified cyber networks. This IATO has six general conditions and one specific condition.
In accordance with the General Condition (d) of the IATO, UUSA is providing the AO and CISO the third quarterly update for the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) for Classified Systems as Enclosure 1. Enclosure 2 contains the NIST SP 800-53 Revision Project Management Schedule. POA&M item 23-16 has been created to satisfy Specific Condition (a),
with license amendment request 23-08 to revise UUSA-COS-ISSP to Include Standalone Systems.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
