Request for Interim Authority to Operate ETC USA Stand Alone Classified Computers Recent discussions between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, also dba Urenco USA (UUSA), and Enrichment Technology USA (ETC USA) indicated that the Centrifuge Assembly Building (CAB) computer security controls have been implemented sufficiently to request permission to operate these computers. Therefore UUSA and ETC USA requests Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) the classified stand-alone computers in the CAB. ETC USA and UUSA requests this approval by October 27, 2023.
