2) UUSA Compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (ML22108A090), dated April 14,2022 In the Reference 2 letter, the Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA) committed to compliance with 32 CFR 117 and would revise and submit a Security Plan that detail the methods UUSA uses to implement 10 CFR Part 95 requirements to include applicable subparts of 32 CFR Part 117 while continuing to implement 10 CFR Part 95. This submittal was to be made by 31 Oct 2022.

In the Reference 1 letter, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) directed UUSA to be in compliance with 32 CFR 117 by the date of 31 Oct 2022. This letter also required the UUSA provide a compliance plan describing the path to compliance. This plan is to be submitted by July 30, 2022.

In accordance with the Reference 1 requirement to provide a compliance plan, UUSA is providing the 32 CFR 117 Compliance Plan. contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
