1) LES-21-045-NRC, Urenco USA Financial Instruments for 2020 Decommissioning Estimates On November 21, 2023, personnel representing Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA met with NRC. Urenco USA presented scheduling and planning information for upcoming activities that Urenco USA considers proprietary.

Urenco USA requests that the material presented be withheld from public disclosure as provided by 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) because it contains commercial information that is privileged and confidential. The enclosure, Affidavit, supports this withholding request.
