This is a Closed meeting. This covers closed meeting sessions requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1), which relates to correspondence and reports to or from the NRC which contain information or records concerning a licensee's or applicant's physical protection, classified matter protection, or material control and accounting program for special nuclear material not otherwise designated as Safeguards Information or classified as National Security Information or Restricted Data.

Purpose:

The NRC staff issued several requests for additional information on UUSA's submittal of a compliance plan for 32 CFR 117. UUSA has developed draft responses which they will discuss with the NRC staff for alignment before they submit the responses officially. The information in the responses has been determined to be Official Use Only, Security-Related Information.
