Emergency Plan Update In accordance with 10 CFR 70.32(i), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), also dba Urenco USA (UUSA), herewith submits the subject update which incorporates changes made under its own approval authority.

The attached enclosure contains the marked up pages to the Emergency Plan. Revision bars, strikethroughs, and underlines were utilized to show the changes for revision 29.

The enclosure contains security related and proprietary information and disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present security vulnerabilities. Therefore, UUSA requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
