- 2) IN-23-053-NRC, Facility Security Clearance for Enrichment Technology U.S., dated 7/30/2023 In Accordance with 10 CFR 95.49, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA) requests NRC review and approval of the ETC USA Information System Security Plan (ISSP). The plan covers the classified processing systems contained in the ETC-US Centrifuge Assembly Building at the LES Site. Reference 1 approved the CAB for open storage of classified information. The enclosed Information System Security Plan implements new requirements of NIST 800-53 Rev. 5 and UUSA requests interim authority to operate the classified information systems in the CAB. Urenco USA and ETC-US will request interim authority to test the system separately.
The enclosures contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
