Reference:

1) LES-23-0130-NRC, License Amendment Request for Changes to License Conditions and Raise Enrichment Limit to Less Than 1 O Weight Percent for LEU+ Production Systems (LAR-23-02) [ML23334A122]

On 24 January 2024, personnel representing Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA) met with NRC. UUSA presented information regarding the submittal for a License Amendment Request (Reference 1) that UUSA considers proprietary.

UUSA requests that the material presented at the meeting (attached) be withheld from public disclosure as provided by 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) and (d) because it contains commercial and sensitive information that is privileged and confidential. The enclosed Affidavit supports this withholding request.
