This refers to the inspection conducted by J. L. Belanger of this office on
January 10-11, 1994. The inspection included a review of activities
authorized for your Iowa State University Training Reactor facility. At the
conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members
of your staff identified in the enclosed report. *
Areas examined during this inspection are identified-in the report'. . Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of a- selective oxamination of' procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel ~, and observations of

activities in progress.

No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this
inspection.
