Enclosed with this letter are three copics of the Iowa State University Physical Security Plan, Update 3.
i The updating involved changs that are reportable under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) (2). The changes are documented in detail on pages U6 and U7 found at the end of the Plan. The changes are divided into two groups; one involves changes that are editorial in nature while the other involves substantive changes. None of the changes reduces the efTectiveness of the Security Plan. Substantive changes will not be implemented until approved by the NRC.
