Enclosed is a revision to the request for an Update of Technical Specifications which was submitted on December 22,1997. Three copier of the revised Definitions section of the facility's Technical Specifications are enclosed with the changes underlined. This revision is a result of several telephone conversations with hir. Theodore hiichaels and is submitted for approval.
