1 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.10 to Facility Operating License No. R-59 for the Iowa State University Argonaut Reactor.
The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications.(TS) in response -
to a submittal dated June 22, 1993,'from John T. Adams.
'1 The amendment revises the -Technical Specifications to include.a definition of the term " Confinement Secured."
