On 12/27/92 at 0850 the unit was manually tripped due'to the D" ma in feedvater regulating valve failing closed and being unable to reopen. The failure was determined to be a failed rain drive amplifier card. A leak was also discovered on a reactor head penetration sealing device. Corrective maintenance wan prforued and the unit returned to service on 12/29/92 at IM7.
Ihe unit completed the reporting period operating at 100% reactor power.
