In response to your letter dated July 30, 1985 please find attached a check in the amount of Twenty-one thousand four hundred and twenty-five dollars ($21,425), and OPPD's response to the one viola-tion previously denied for which no corrective action was provided. Also find attached an update on the status of corrective actions for the other five viola-tions for which a civil penalty was imposed.
