In their brief in opposition to the pending appeal of I the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution from the Licensing Board's February 17, 1988 memorandum and order, LBP-88-6, 27 NRC 245, the applicants maintain that the appeal has become moot as the result of the Coalition's l April 22, 1988 letter to the Licensing Board. The Coalition I is to respond to that suggestion of mootness in a memorandum to be received by the members of this Board no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 1988.
