ORDER In our order of December 30, 1986, we stated that we would treat as timely the December 23 notice of appeal filed by Del-AWARE Unlimited, Inc., from the Licensing Board's November 14, 1986, memorandum and order. Under the Commission's Rules of Practice, Del-AWARE's brief in support of this appeal was due to be deposited in the mail by January 22, 1987. 10 C.F.R. SS 2.762(b), 2.701. As of this date, neither the Commission's Secretary nor this Board has j received Del-AWARE's brief. Accordingly, we dismiss Del-AWARE's appeal for want of prosecution. ALAB-836, 23 NRC 479, 485 n.2 (1986).
