ORDER In our order of December 30, 1986, we stated that we would treat as timely the December 23 notice of appeal filed by Del-AWARE Unlimited, Inc., from the Licensing Board's November 14, 1986, memorandum and order.
Under the Commission's Rules of Practice, Del-AWARE's brief in support of this appeal was due to be deposited in the mail by January 22, 1987.
