i Pursuant to paragraph 4 at page 9 of the Memorandum and Order dated October 9,1987 (unpublished), the Licensee.and the Staff timely delivered their responses.
In its response of October 12, the Licensee i
advised that it would not seek discovery and intends to file a motion for suninary disposition.. In its response of October 20, the Staff advised it would not-seek discovery and intends to respond to the.
Licensee's motion for sumary disposition. Mr. Anthony and AWPP did not respond to the Board's issuance of October 9.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 62.749, the following schedule is set forth:
Mr. Anthony and AWPP should read carefully 92.749 of the Commission's Rules of Practice.

opposing the motion, with or without affidavits, within twenty (20) days j
after the service of the Licensee's motion for summary disposition. The Staff shall serve its answer within twenty-five (25) days af ter service of the Licensee's motion for sumary disposition.
