First, thank you for sending a copy of the March 1992 NRC Inspection Report:

Onofre Nuclear Operational Safeguards Generating Res Station.ponse Evaluation (OSRE) for the San .

l But I did NOT receive the September 1996 OSRE report for the San {

Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.

In my original Dec. 8 1998 FOIA request, I asked for the September j 1996 OSRE report. I bave included a copy of that letter, with your notations on it.

In your June 24 response to me there is no explanation why I did not receive the September 1996 OSR$ report.
