As counsel for Omaha Public Power District ("OPPD"), we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications (Attachment A) and the
" Discussion, Justification and No Significant Hazards Considerations" (Attachment B). The application seeks to amend Section 3 of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License to incorporate revisions to the surveillance criteria for the steam generator tube inspections.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 170.21, a check for the application fee of $150.00 accompanies this application. OPPD would appreciate issuance of this amendment prior to the 1987 refueling outage so that it may be implemented in refueling outage inspections.
