ORDER A conference callI on July 17, 1986 established the following schedule for resolution of the school bus driver availability remanded to this Board by the Appeal Board in ALAB-836 (May 7, 1986):

July 25, 1986 - Licensee will submit copies of forms prepared by each of the 570 Licensee employees who have volunteered to serve as bus drivers to assist Owen J. Roberts and Spring-Ford schools in the event of an accident at the Limerick Generating Station.

l August 11, 1986 - Pre-filed testimony due for submission to all parties. In-hand delivery to parties is required on this date.

t August 18, 1986 - Evidentiary hearings begin. Hearings are to be held from 11:30 pm - 5:00 pm at the Old Customs Courthouse, Room 300, U. S. Customs House, Second and Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106. (If necessary, hearing will also be held on August 22,1986.)

August 26, 1986 - Filing of Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law by all parties if hearings are completed on August 18, 1986.

August 29, 1986 is the due date for those filings if hearings are completed on August 22, 1986. The dates of August 26, 1986 or August 29, 1986 are understood to mean in-hand delivery of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law to the Board.
