followed and implemented. See, FEMA Guidance Memo #24 "Radiological Emergency Preparedness for Handicapped Persons" dated April 5, 1964. No expert or other witnesses have yet been selected to testify on this contention.

JI 40 (MAG 52A) s Mass. AG believes that the information containing the names cf hearing-impaired persons, which is in the SpMC, is unreliable. This information was compiled from a mail-back survey.

We have received information from Citizens within the Ten Mile Radius ("C-10") that, because of opposition to Seabrook, many households did not respond to the questionnaire and/or returned it with incorrect information. No expert or other witnesses have yet been selected to testify on this contention.

JI 45 (MAG 47F, G, L)

Information requested by the Appl'. cants pertaining to ne bu s companies which will not participate and/or which have act provided reasonable assurance of participation has been supplied to the Applicants, preliminary inquiries of schools have indicated that there are more students than have been estimated. The Mass. AG is presently investigating the current population count of schocls, day care duties and nurseries.
