I am a paralegal employed by the Department of the Attorney General of the Comn.onwealth of Massachusetts.

On Friday, October 7, 1988 the Massachusetts Attorney General's office filed a supplemental response to the Applicants' first set of interrogatories which inadvertently contained protected information.
(3)
On Tuesday, October 11, 1988 I was instructed by the Assistant Attorneys General of the Nuclear Safety Unit to contact as many of the individuals on our service l'st as possible and request that they return page 7 of our October 7th filing.

To the best of my recollection I spoke with or left a message for the majority of individuals on our service list, a process which took approximately one hour.
I informed them that we would be sending them a letter asking for the return of page 7 and enclosing a self-addressed envelope for their convience.
Because this was a preliminary step in the process of retreiving the protected information I did not make 4
a formJ1 record of each of my telephone conversations, and I am unat',e to recall which specific parties were contacted.
