NOTICE OF START OF CONSTRUCTION By Board Orcer dated June 1, 1982, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the captioned proceeding provided that 45 days notice be given before the start of construction of the Point Pleasant intake and associated pump station. It is recognized that the Board stated at the hearing on October 19, 1982 (Tr. 2500-2501) that it was considering providing a different period for giving such notice. However, the Neshaminy Water Resources Authority has advised that it intends to commence construction at Point Pleasant on December 15, 1982.

Accordingly, notice must be given at this time under the June 1, 1982 Order.
