OF PLANT OPEPATIONS 12-1 Plant operating at approximately 100% full power. Performed routine to surveillance and preventive maintenance items.
12-14 12-16 (0825) Started STP-220 (APSR uthdrawal) and placed rods in manual.
(0922) Lowering power to 50% _ at 10 FN/ min.
(0947) Reactor at 50% power. Started pulling rod group #8 per STP-220.
(1032). Group #8 at 100% withdrawn.
(1036) Raising Reactor power to 70%. ~
(1115) Reactor at 67% (600 FMe) on 5-hour hold. ,
(1630) Began increasing Reactor power at 3%/ hour.
(2106) Stopped power increase at 87% (780 tMe) due to large negative imbalance.
(2220) Imbalance satisfactory, began increasing power to 90%.
(2320) Reactor at 90% power (830 FMe).
