P I am enclosing Northern Indiana Public Service Company's "First Set of Interrogatories" to Local 1010. These Interrogatories are requests for information concerning Local 1010's Contention  ;

10.B. as limited and admitted by the NRC Licensing Board in the proceeding concerning extension of the construction permit for the.Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear-1 (Construction Permit No. CPPR-104). Under NRC regulations, Local 1010's answers must be served within fourteen (14) days after service of the '
