Dear Mr. Vollen:

I have your letter of February 3, 1981, requesting addit #onal copies of the "Hydrogeologic Evaluation of Construction Dewatering, Eailly Generating Station, Nuclear 1" dated March 30, 1978. Review of the Nuclear Staff files revealed one (1) extra copy of that report which I enclose per your request. If you desire additiona!.

copies and cannot reproduce the enclosed report, we will ask Sargent & Lundy to prepare additional copies for you at their standard reproduction ecst.

By letter dated January 27, 1981, you requested that we send you copies of "all written communications, including all information provided by NIPSCO to the [ wetlands] panel, the National Park Service, the Department of the Interior, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission concerning the subject of dewatering and sealing of the fly ash ponds." Those communications f411 within your discovery request of September 18, 1980, a: ' have been produced along with other requested documents for year inspection and copying at the offices of the NIPSCO Nuclear Staff at the Bailly Generating Station.

Your January 27 letter also requested that NIPSCO extend to you an invitation to any meetings between the National Park Service and NIPSCO. In the event that such meetings are scheduled (none have been as yet), it is not NIPSCO's intention to invite others in addition to Park Service representa*ives.
