Dear Bill:
On Nove=ber 20, 1980, the Licensing Board entered an Order Regarding Discovery in which it ruled en certain aspects of our motions to co=pel production of docu=ents by NIPSCO, and related =otions by NIPSCO for protective orders.
The order provided the NIPSCO was to make production of certain documents.
As of this date you have not produced any of those documents.
Accordingly, please consider this '.etter our formal request to you tha't you
=ake production on or before Monday, April 6,1981.
We understand the Board's ordar to cover production of the following documents:

Although the order stated that NIPSCO's objections to the definition at issue were sustained, it did so "(ojn the assumption that NIPSCO will include in the documents
'related to' the stated assertions all' of its documents which its representatives believe tend to prove or disprove those assertions...." (Order p. 6).
- Thus, the effect of the ruling was to grant our motions to compel production of the requested documents.
