In the Matter of Northern Indiana Public Service Company (Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear 1) l Docket No. 50-367 (Construction Permit Extension)
Gentlemen:
P I am enclosing Northern Indiana Public Service Company's "First Set of Interrogatories" to Local 1010.
These Interrogatories are requests for information concerning Local 1010's Contention 10.B. as limited and admitted by the NRC Licensing Board in the proceeding concerning extension of the construction permit for the.Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear-1 (Construction Permit No. CPPR-104).
Under NRC regulations, Local 1010's answers must be served within fourteen (14) days after service of the Interrogatories.
Since the Interrogatories are being served by mail, an additional period of five (5) days is allowed.
I am also enclosing a copy of S 2.740-2.744, NRC regulations dealing with discovery, for your convenience.
