As you know, NIPSCO has pending before the Licensing Board a Motion for Establishment of Schedule. That Motion suggests

, inter alia that discovery be closed on July 31, 1981. At this time, we are not prepared to schedule depositions for dates subsequent to July 31. We urge you to suggest an earlier date within the three weeks remaining before July 31.
