I.am enclosing Northern Indiana Public Service Company's "First Set of Interrogatories ~ to you.
These Interrogatories are requests for information concerning the contentions which you i
have raised in the NRC proceeding regarding extension of the l
construction permit for the Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear-1 (Construction Permit No. CPPR-104).
Under NRC regulations, your answers must be served within fourteen (14) days after j
service of the Interrogatories.
Since the Interrogatories are being served by mail, an additional period of fi,ve (5) days is allowed.
I am also enclosing a copy of S 2.740-2.744, NRC regulations dealing with discovery, for your convenience.
