• Change 01 to ER 3.3 of the Seabrook Station Emergency Response Manual. The revisions were  ;

reviewed per the criteria of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and it was determined that they do not decrease the >

l efTectiveness of the Seabrook Station Radiological Emergency Plan (SSREP). The SSREP continues to l

meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E. These changes are submitted per j the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, and 10 CFR 50.4. The Resident Inspector copies are l provided directly through the North Atlantic records management system.
