Enclosed, pursuant to the " Resolution of SC Conten-tion 31/ SOC Contention 19(g) -- Electrical Separation," as amended, is "LILCO's Report Documenting Implementation Of The Electrical Separation Agreement." As the Report indi-cates in more detail, the two basic results of the inspec-tion conducted in accordance with the agreement are: (1) the number of violations detected, 5, was below the thres-hold, 9, which would trigger a 100% inspection; and (2)

LILCO has not used "Tedesco Option 4" (analysis) to resolve any violations or in-process deviations, and therefore no 8308160458 830812 gDRADOCK05000g q)sD3

l matters arising from the inspection are available for litiga-tion. The two other principal matters covered by the agree-ment, but not involving the inspection, namely the RPS reactor generator sets and the NSSS cabinets, had been closed out earlier.
