This is to bring to your attention a minor typographical error in the Governments' Opposition To LILCO's Motion for Certification to the Commission, which was served on the Board j
and the parties on October 1, 1987.
Specifically, in the next to the last line of page five of the Opposition, the word "not" shopid be deleted.
Accordingly, the sentence which begins on that line should read "The Commission has deferred ruling on the preemption issue."
